To Place an Order

 

When entering credit card info, DO NOT USE SPACES OR DASHES, OR SOME OF THE NUMBERS WILL BE CUT OFF.

 

Make sure you enter the billing address for your credit card.

We do not roast every coffee, every week.  5 pound bag orders are roasted and packaged to order.  Please consult the the roasting schedule page for projected roasting dates for any given coffee.

Selecting Products

Select the category, and then enter the number of units desired in the "UNITS TO ADD" column.

Any time you want a price-per-pound update, click on "ADD SELECTIONS TO BASKET".  Each time you do this, it takes processing time, so you can select as many items as you want without processing each time, which can speed the process up considerably.

Before switching to another category, make sure you click on "ADD SELECTIONS TO BASKET", or the selections you have made in the current category will be cleared when you switch.

Click on "REVIEW ORDER" at the top of the products screen to review your entire order before processing.  When you review your order, you can change the amounts ordered, or delete items as needed.

Shipping & Handling

There is an $8.50 dollar shipping & handling fee that applies to each order.  When you order ten 8 ounce bags, or more, you will be paying less per pound than the average retail price.

Discount Pricing

All coffee prices will be discounted by 20 % when you reach, or exceed certain volume levels and the discount unit price will be displayed when discounting is applicable.

Those levels are any of the following combinations:

24 - 8 ounce bags

2 - 5 pound bags

1 - 5 pound bag + 12 - 8 ounce bags

Once you have reached any of the preceding levels, all additional coffee items added will be automatically discounted.

Each time you "ADD SELECTIONS TO BASKET", the per-pound coffee price, including the shipping & handling charge, is re-calculated and displayed.  Charges are also updated when you process changes in the "REVIEW ORDER" section.  Please experiment and pay particular notice what happens to the per-pound-price when you reached any of the volume discount levels.  Nothing is processed until the final step, so feel free to experiment.

Combining multiple orders into one order with friends, neighbors, or people at work, can substantially lower the per pound price.

Remember that you can preserve coffee for at least 6 months to a year in the freezer.

When Will Your Order Ship?

When we receive your order, it will be shipped via FedEx Ground Service, or by U.S. Mail Parcel Post.  We roast our coffee when there are enough orders to justify roasting any given coffee.  Most orders are shipped immediately.  5 pound orders may be delayed as much as 2 weeks, depending on the coffee being ordered.  Please check the roasting schedule page for projected roast dates, or call us at: 1-800-967-3190 with any questions.

Please indicate whether you want your order shipped by FedEx or by U.S. Mail.  If the order is shipped FedEx, we can track you shipment every step of the way.  U.S. Mail should only be used if there is no other way.
